The return costs are the cost of returning the goods from the consumer to the dealer under the right of revocation. These costs are, in principle, borne by the consumer after implementation of the Consumer Directive. Exceptions exist when the trader voluntarily accepts the costs or fails to inform them of the cost of the return costs.
